Bio

Marty Cunningham is the founder of MC Connect. He is the consummate salesman having the perseverance and professional integrity to continually meet his employer’s sales goals for over 20 years.
Most recently as a co-founder and Vice President, Sales & Marketing at iRF - Intelligent RF Solutions, LLC (formerly Cobham Defense - M/A-COM SIGINT Products) where he leveraged and developed mid-to-high level client relationships within the DoD and prime contractor community specifically focused on the ELINT/ EW mission.
Prior to his employment at iRF he worked as Director of Worldwide Sales at DRS Signal Solutions for 4 years where he led a team of field application engineers in growing their microwave tuner and SDR products within the IC.
Prior to his employment at DRS he was the Sales & Marketing Director at Tyco Electronics/ M/A-COM SIGINT Products business unit an RF and microwave supplier serving the EW/ intelligence industry for 8 years where he ran the sales and marketing department and was solely responsible for the order inputs.
He received his BS degree in Business Management at George Mason University in 1991 while working full time at Aiken Advanced Systems. It was at Aiken where he gained experience in electronics engineering and manufacturing working in several roles including; production planning, program management, and ultimately cost & proposal management.
After leaving Aiken in 1993 he focused on a sales career and worked for such defense contractors as; Signal Technology and Communication Solutions before joining Tyco Electronics in 2002. He holds a TS security clearance.
When not working he enjoys time with his extended family in the MD/DC/VA area, an avid music buff, and is a regular golfer and a member at The Palencia Country Club in St. Augustine, FL.
